All potential claims should be reported to Key Concept Wealth & Insurance as soon as possible after the incident. You can do this by phone or by completing the online claim notification form below. Please provide the following details:
* A description of the incident
* The date and time of the event
* The location where it occurred
* An estimated value of the loss
* Steps being taken to reduce further loss
* Whether police or emergency services were contacted
Important Notes:
* Do not admit liability for any loss or damage, as this may affect your ability to claim under your insurance policy.
* If you receive any legal documents such as a writ, summons, or demand, notify Key Concept Wealth & Insurance immediately.
* If the incident involves a criminal act or suspected crime, report it to the police as soon as possible and obtain a police event number.
